The National Road Administration in Sweden said NO to a car-owner who wanted the license plate you can see on the picture below.

In a letter they sent to the disappointed car-owner they wrote:

"You have requested to use personal license plate with following character combination X32IARO. The combination you requested can cause offend if it´s read backwards, in a rear-view mirror or something similar.

If you read it backwords you can understand it as ORALSEX.

What do you think, should they have approved his request?
